If you join the mailing list, we collect the email address you submit. It is stored and processed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), our email provider, and used only to send you news about Anya's music — releases, shows, and first listens. We never sell or share the list.
If you RSVP to a private event through our invitation page, we collect what the form asks a parent or guardian to provide: your name and email, the attending children's names, your attendance answer, your photo & video permission choice, and any note you add. This is stored in a private Google Sheet managed by Anya's family (processed by Google), used only to organize the event and to honor your photo permission, and never sold or shared. Confirmation emails come from our family account. We delete the RSVP list once the event follow-up wraps up; the photo-permission record is kept for as long as related photos remain published. You can change your photo permission at any time by emailing us.
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply.
Pre-saving the album happens on DistroKid’s HyperFollow page, which DistroKid runs under its own privacy policy. If you leave its “share email address with artist” option checked, DistroKid may pass your email address to us. We use it only to tell you the album is out; we never add it to the mailing list without your separate opt-in, and we delete it on request.
To understand which pages and links are useful, this site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It sets no cookies and stores no personal information: to tell repeat visits apart it briefly processes your IP address and browser details, then discards them, and we see only anonymous, aggregate counts — no names, emails, or advertising identifiers. Beyond that, the site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. The embedded video player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play the video. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and DistroKid lead to services with their own privacy policies.
The mailing list is for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has joined the list, email us and we will remove the address promptly.
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to email@anyaguptamusic.com at any time to have your address removed.
